KARAKOL SA BARANGAY 2009

It was an event for the kids of Brgy. Singkamas, when the "KARAKOL sa Barangay" was set forth. It was a competition made especially for the B.E.S.T. (Brgy. Employment Study Training Program) but since Kgd. Edna Argones can't stop the urge to give joy to the children of Singkamas, she opened the competition to any interested 6 to 15 yrs. old.

The theme of the competition is focused on environmental awareness and protection, and how the children, from their point of view relates to what happens in our environment.

Paraiso Tribes won the First Prize, choreographed by Mr. Roy Quintero, for Php 7,000.00, while Eco Defenders won Php 5,000.00 and Nature Expression won the third Prize of Php 3,000.00.
